pint of vegetable stock, 2 x tsp of ginger, 2 x tsp of 5spice (maybe more), mushrooms, peppers, 1 x garlic clove, some onion, 2 table spoons of tomato puree, 1 xchilli, pepper and salt to taste.  I just fried up the onion garlic and pepper and mushrooms for a little, added the pint of stock and the rest of the ingredients and let it simmer while i made the meatballs.

Meatballs were made with a variation of this: sosmix which unfortunately has been discontinued.  Idiots.  Anyways, i prepared the mix and grilled the meatballs so they would hold together when i put them in the soup.  Once they were done i popped in the noodles (the heat of the soup itself softens them) and chowed down.  Beaut.
